A war between my Mind and Heart

There is a war going on between my mind and heart. I want my mind to win but my heart is stronger than my mind. sometimes life become so complicated that that it becomes so difficult to simplify it. Oh God! please help me simplifying my life. Whenever I try to be happy, life brings another reason to cry.
